Zebra is an African Equids (family of horses) that are well-known for their distinctive white and black stripes. Zebra is usually a social animal that can be seen in small harems to large herds. Besides their unique black and white stripes, they have erect mohawk-like manes. Their closest relatives are donkeys and horses; however, unlike horses and donkeys, zebras have rarely been domesticated. With their distinctive stripes and unique behaviors, zebras remain as one of the most familiar animals among people.
Zebras generally measure 2.3 meter in length, 1.25-1.5 meter height and a weight of about 300 kg. Zebra is a black or dark animal with white and black stripes.
